About Me:

My name is Jennifer Torres. I have been teaching in Redwood City since 2001.
I was born on the Pacific island of Guam. I grew up in San Mateo, and I
live with my family in Redwood City.

As an educator, I embrace being a lifelong learner. I choose to teach in
RCSD because I gain so much knowledge each year from the District's staff
development programs.

The reason I became a teacher is because I enjoy making a difference in a
child’s life. I adore watching the different expressions that young
children display when they have learned something new in my classroom.
