RETURN TO SCHOOL CONTRACT
All students that return to in person learning need to fill out the following contract.
COVID TEST FOR STUDENTS IN PERSON
Every 15 days, our students in person will be able to be tested for COVID. This will ensure the safety of our students and staff.
Here is the form to fill out so your student can get tested. Don't forget it is just a mouth swab and the test will happen during school hours.
